Today, I would like to introduce super soft potato bread! We would be using mashed potato powder instead of cooking potatoes, which makes this abundantly easy! The texture is incredible because of the bacon crumble.

오늘은 정말 정말 부드럽고 입에서 살~살 녹는 감자빵을 소개할게요.
처음 메쉬 포테이토가 집에 남아돌아서 심심해서 만들어 본 감자빵이 이번에는 좀 더 업그레이드를 해서 더 촉촉하고 보들보들하게 만들어 봤습니다.
베이컨 크럼블이 들어가서 쫄깃쫄깃 씹는 식감도 좋고 번거롭게 감자를 직접 삶지 않고 인스턴트 메쉬 포테이토 가루를 사용해서 정말 간편하게 만들 수 있어요.
촉촉한 메쉬 포테이토가 빵 속에 쏙쏙 스며들어서 정말 역대급 감자빵 맛을 경험하실 수 있답니다.

□ Bread Flour 300g 강력분
□ Sugar 30g 설탕
□ Instant Dry Yeast 4g 인스턴트 드라이 이스트
□ Salt 2g (If your potato powder does not contain any sodium, please add 4g of salt total)
□ Lukewarm Milk 200g 미지근한 우유
□ Unsalted Butter 30g 무염 버터
□ Bacon Crumbles 1/3 cup 말린 베이컨 크럼블
□ Instant Mashed Potato Powder 50g 인스턴트 메쉬 포테이토 가루
□ Warm Water 80-90g 따뜻한 물
▣Tips ▣
1. A pre-heat oven is ALWAYS necessary for home baking.
2. The result may be different depending on your oven. My recipes are only for the guide. Please check your oven temperature with a single baking thermometer.
3. Assume all water is lukewarm unless stated otherwise. Use warm water during the winter.
4. When you knead the dough with the butter, use room temperature butter. It gets absorbed easily if you knead with your fingertip (like scratching lightly).
5. Baking time may vary for every oven.
6. If your oven is too small, the top side could be too dark at the end. Cover the top with a foil sheet after 13 minutes of baking.
7. Turn the pans occasionally for even color on the top.
8. Once the baking is done, take out the pan and smack it on a table so the excessive moisture could escape from the bread.

2. 각자 갖고계시는 오븐사양에 따라 결과물은 다르게 나올 수 있습니다. 오븐용 온도계를 지참하셔서 꼭 오븐 안쪽에 온도를 항상 체크해 주세요.
3. 오븐에 따라서 굽는 시간이 가감될 수 있습니다.
4. 오븐이 너무 작으면 굽는 시간 마지막 10분정도에 호일로 케이크 윗면을 덮어주세요.
5. 추운 겨울철에는 1차 발효가 한시간 이상 걸릴 수 있습니다. 반죽이 두배가 될때까지 발효해 주세요.
6. 겨울철에는 물/우유를 따뜻한 상태로 온도를 높힌 후 사용해 주세요.
7. 버터는 항상 실온의 버터를 사용해주세요.
8. 오븐에따라 굽는 시간이 가감될 수 있습니다.
9. 오븐에서 막 꺼낸 빵은 틀째 바닦에 '탕탕' 쳐서 빵 속 수분이 빠지게 해주셔야 빵이 주저않지 않아요.

    Tried your first method after UA-cam suggested your video. After waiting 24 hours I opened the jar to be greeted by pretty much all liquid; with a thin coating of sour cream on the sides of the jar. What cream was there did taste great. I should say that I made this with a Meyer Lemon from my backyard. Supposedly, Meyer have a lower level of acidity than regular (Eureka?) lemons do. I'll probably try it again with a standard lemon. But, I was wondering if anybody here has tried it, and had it turn out like that in the video?
